You need to manage your inventories for a quick turn on new and used. Must have extensive experience in CRM management, F & I Systems and Used Vehicle Turn Systems. You need to develop and manage a very aggressive internet department. Dealership earned $5M in the last 2 years. General Managers proposed pay plan of 17.5% + $90,000 salary would have earned him $1,007,125. This profit was achieved on xxxx unit sales over the 2 years.
