One week, (6 days and 7 nights) 1 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 4. It will be rented this year through International Interval. Must be used by the end of this xxxx year. Endless resorts to choose from. It can be used anywhere in the US or Internationally, but must be a week with availability. Please respond "only" if honest and sincere. No scam callers, as I have already dealt with them. No Timeshare resale Company calls please, as the property is listed with a Timeshare resale Co. The property was originally bought in xxxx at Westgate Vacation Villas in Kissimmee, FL which is located 2 miles from Disney World. We are unable to use it this year, so it has been banked through Interval International. However, it must be used by the end of this year, xxxx. If truly interested, I will work with the renter and will only accept cashier's check. This is not a scam and I will not tolerate any scammers calling. The asking price of $xxxx.00 for the week is negotiable, but this is a great deal for vacationers. Also, if anyone is interested in buying this Timeshare, the price for sale is reasonable and negotiable.
